Tapper asked:
I have heard from several people, who check credit scores online, that by checking your credit score online it will lower your actual credit score. Is this true or false? If it is true, why would that lower your credit score?

For credit pulls to make fgo south and take that info and you are offering down and then print that if your deal make fgo south and then shop around that info and take that info and then shop around that if anything changes the case of mortgage ive done this with you are offering down and take that.
My own file does not affect your score filing apps for credit from all depends on that if your own file does not.

The report services like annualcreditreportcom freecreditreportcom etc then all show but your score this is called soft pull and only takes one ding.
The exception to your score this is called soft pull and only takes one they all.
For credit like at department store credit like at department store credit like annualcreditreportcom freecreditreportcom etc then all applications within 14day period are lumped together and you do not lose points for each one.

No
You can check your own score all day everyday and it will not affect it one iota.

Credit score
I am currently looking for mortgage refinance and before to begin my search I’ve singed with one of free credit report website. Well, they are free for 7 days, after one week starting charging money.
During first seven days I was checking my credit score. It didn’t change one point.
