It is impossible to guess how much it will go up. It will depend on what your score is now and about 10 other factors.

CreditKarma.com has a free score simulator that is based on your TransUnion credit report. It’s not FICO. But it’s kinda, sorta like FICO, give or take 50 points or so. Good enough if you are just curious about your score.
Check your score now and then use the simulator to remove the medical collections and see what your score will be.
